Job Summary:
Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our well-established and highly respected practice at our new location in Dover, New Hampshire.About the Opportunity:
- Experienced comprehensive cardiologist preferred, but new fellows are encouraged to apply
- Program development is a key focus
- Participation with family medicine and internal medicine residency program, inpatient interaction with residents daily
- Call structure is 1:7
Qualified Candidates:
- Completion of an accredited residency program in cardiology with board certification required after training
- Licensed to practice in New Hampshire or ability to obtain
- Program development experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- 220-bed acute care facility with a Level II Trauma Center
- Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center with hospital-based rapid follow-up Stroke Clinic

- 2 freestanding ERs
- 24/7 dedicated inpatient hospitalist program
- 24/7 dedicated inpatient intensivist program
- Internal medicine, family medicine and psychiatry residency programs with Tufts University Affiliation
- 30-bed inpatient psychiatric unit including 16 involuntary beds
