A 162-bed hospital is seeking a cardiologist for ongoing locum tenens maternity leave coverage. This is a level III trauma facility.
The facility is located in central Minnesota.
The locum will work Monday-Friday in the clinic with call. They could see up to 12 patients per day but may be less. The office template is 12 patients/day. Clinic start time is 8 am. They would be responsible for rounding on their hospital patients before clinic. Weekend call would be 1:3. Weekday call averages 1:3 but because of vacations it may be more frequent at times. APPs do not work on the weekend. They also see patients in the clinic are able to help with some but not all consults/rounding.
Candidates must have an active MN license.
