All Star has a great client needing an Interventional Cardiologist for Locum coverage in Virginia. Some details and coverage expectations include:
During the week (M-Th)
- STEMI coverage at night only
- IP or Cath Lab during the day, depending on need
Friday
- IP or Cath Lab during the day depending on need
- STEMI and general call at night (starting at 4:30pm)
Saturday-Sunday
- STEMI and general* call during the day and at night
- *General includes hospital consults, reads and stress tests
Upcoming dates needing coverage:
- Anticipating 7-10 days per month, starting 2021
- When can you start and what availability can you offer?
Other details:
- There are no open hearts here
- Impella required, only as a bridge therapy to maintain hemodynamic stability for transport to an open heart facility
- Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology is needed
