Coverage Need: Ongoing coverage due to long-term permanent vacancy
Practice Details:
- Inpatient setting
- Hospital, clinic, and call coverage
- Epic EMR
- Stroke-certified facility
- Average patient volume: 6–10 patients per shift
- Level III Trauma Center
- No admissions required
- No APP supervision required
Schedule:
- Coverage needed: Minimum 1 week per month
- Seeking 2 providers to assist with ongoing coverage
- Onsite coverage: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weeknight beeper call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Weekend 24-hour beeper call
- Minimum requirement: 7 shifts per month
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
Support Staff:
- 2 PA/NPs
- 1 RN
- 5 Medical Assistants
- 5–6 office staff members
Requirements:
- Active Oregon medical license required
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- DEA required
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Interview Process:
Providers will first complete a phone screening with the lead physician followed by a Teams interview with the cardiology team.
