- Trauma Level III facility
- Requirements: Active Alabama License or IMLC, Board Eligible/Board Certified, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
- Fellowship Preferred
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days
- Potential STEMI cases
