Clinical Role Join a dynamic interventional cardiology float pool offering a mix of clinic, procedures, and call coverage in a supportive hospital setting. This opportunity is ideal for providers seeking flexible scheduling with a balance of weekday clinical work and weekend call responsibilities.

Schedule & Coverage

• Combination of clinic, procedures, and call coverage

• Monday–Friday: Clinic + call

• Saturday/Sunday: 24-hour call

Scheduled Coverage Dates:

• May 8 (5p) – May 12 (7a)

• May 14 (5p) – May 18 (7a)

• May 25 (7a) – May 29 (5p)

• June 9 (7a – 5p)

• June 11 (7a) – June 12 (5p)

• June 23 (7a) – June 25 (5p)

• July 10 (5p) – July 13 (7a)

• July 17 (5p) – July 20 (7a)

• Ongoing need: ~1 week + 1 weekend per month

Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Clinic and Hospital (150-bed facility)

Patient population: Adults

Patient Volume:

• 17–18 patients per day

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing interventional cardiology cases and consults

• Providing clinic coverage and performing procedures

• Handling STEMI cases and urgent interventions

• Participating in call coverage including weekends

• Collaborating with APP support staff

Procedures:

• Interventional cardiology procedures

• STEMI management

• Nuclear study interpretation

Support & Technology

• APP support available when covering general cardiology

• Collaborative environment with established clinical staff

Technology:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology

• Must be board certified in reading nuclear studies

• Active Pennsylvania license – required

• IMLC accepted

• DEA required

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
