Schedule & Coverage

• 24-hour call coverage

Scheduled Coverage:

• May 22 (7a) – May 26 (7a)

• Ongoing need: 1 week + 1 weekend per month

Clinical Details & Responsibilities Setting: Hospital

Patient population: Adults

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing interventional cardiology call coverage

• Managing STEMI cases and urgent cardiac interventions

• Performing weekday rounds and procedures

• Covering general cardiology call on weekends as needed

• Coordinating care with hospital teams

Procedures:

• STEMI interventions (required)

• General interventional cardiology procedures

• No TEE required

Patient Volume & Callback:

• Weekend callback: ~3 hours per day (Sat/Sun)

• Weekday workload: ~8 hours per day (rounds and procedures)

Support & Technology

• Collaborative hospital-based care environment

Technology:

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology

• Active Pennsylvania license – required

• IMLC accepted

• DEA required

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
