###Locums | Interventional Cardiology | Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call | Palmer, AK ###Why This Role * Combined inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiology practice * Balanced clinical schedule with beeper call coverage * Strong APP and nursing support with PA/NP collaboration * Fast credentialing timeline for quicker onboarding ###Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call * Schedule: Scheduled clinical hours with call coverage * Patients per Day: 15 * Call Details: Beeper call, 30-minute response time, approximately 50% callback * EMR: Cerner and Athena ###Requirements * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology * Active AK license * ACLS, BLS, and ABLS * Clean history * Fellowship trained in Interventional Cardiology * Willingness to supervise Advanced Practice Providers ###Clinical Details * Scope: Full-spectrum interventional cardiology care for inpatient and outpatient populations * Typical Procedures: * Cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures * Inpatient cardiology consultations and admissions * Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients * Supervision and collaboration with PA/NP staff ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
