Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 24-hour on-call shifts (7am - 7am), 3-7 days per month
- Weekend & On Call Requirements
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/EMTALA Call
- No ambulatory work
- Number of Interventional Cardiologists in Group: 2
- Other Interventional Cardiologists Present During Coverage
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult patient population
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic Cupid
- Required Procedures:
- Balloon Angioplasties
- Coronary Angioplasty
- Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
- Heart Catheterization
- Coronary Angiograms
- General Cardiology Responsibilities:
- Respond to all cardiology calls for the hospital
- General Cardiology consults as needed
- Reading studies including EKG, ECHOS, and stress tests (including nuclear stress)
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active KY License & DEA; willing to consider IMLC if provider has 3-7 days/month availability
- ACLS Certification
- COVID Vaccine Preferred
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
