🔹 Position Overview
WellSpan Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist for a dynamic role combining clinic, procedures, and call coverage. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling blocks and exposure to both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care.
🗓️ Schedule & Coverage
- Coverage: ~1 week + 1 weekend per month
- Weekdays: Clinic + call coverage
- Weekends: 24-hour call
- Flexible scheduled blocks (May–July already available)
🏥 Practice Details
- Setting: Clinic + Hospital
- Hospital Size: 150 beds
- Patient Volume: 17–18 patients/day
- Patient Population: Adult
- Support Staff: APP support for interventional/general cardiology
- EMR: Epic
- No CT Surgery onsite
🔧 Procedures & Skills
- STEMI coverage required
- Must be board certified in reading nuclear studies
- Comfortable with interventional and general cardiology responsibilities
✅ Requirements
- BC/BE in Interventional Cardiology
- Pennsylvania License (IMLC accepted)
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience
