We are seeking a skilled Interventional Cardiologist for an ongoing locum opportunity in Lewisburg, PA. This role offers a balanced mix of clinic, procedures, and call coverage with flexible scheduling blocks. Work in a supportive environment with consistent patient volume and exposure to acute cardiac cases.
Job Responsibilities
Perform interventional cardiology procedures including STEMI interventions 🫀
Provide outpatient clinic care and inpatient consults
Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage ⏰
Interpret cardiac studies including nuclear imaging
Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology ✔️
Must be board certified in reading nuclear studies
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC eligibility
DEA certification required
Minimum 1 year of experience
Working Hours
Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM ⏰
Weekdays: clinic + call coverage
Weekends: 24-hour call 📅
Flexible blocks (1 week + 1 weekend per month)
Skills
Expertise in interventional cardiac procedures 🔬
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
Ability to manage acute cardiac emergencies
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
