Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology services, including advanced procedures such as stent placement.
  • Support general cardiology call coverage during weekends.
  • Manage an adult patient population, delivering high-quality care efficiently.
  • Conduct rounds, perform procedures, and respond to callbacks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within EPIC electronic medical records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Skills:
  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Valid PA medical license; IMLC accepted.
  • DEA certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in interventional cardiology.
  • Ability to perform specialized procedures, including stent placement.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including 24-hour call shifts.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with complex coronary interventions.
  • Additional certifications in advanced cardiovascular practices.
  • Familiarity with hospital systems and multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Flexibility to cover general cardiology calls on weekends.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven clinical experience in interventional cardiology for at least one year.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing adult cardiovascular patients.

Other Requirements:
  • Successful completion of credentialing process.
  • Availability to work May 22, 2026, starting date, with ongoing schedule.
  • Willingness to participate in 24-hour call shifts as scheduled.
  • Must adhere to hospital policies and maintain licensure and certifications.

Hourly Pay Rate: $3,621.35
