We are seeking a Locum Interventional Cardiologist for full-time coverage!
Practice Details:

Setting: Inpatient / Call / Clinic

Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
-
Call Schedule: Weekday, weekday night, and weekend call (rotating with other providers)

Average Clinic Patients Per Day: 15–18
-
Other Interventional Cardiologists: Yes, will be present during locum coverage

Patient Demographics: Adult
-
Documentation System / EMR: Cerner (transition to Epic 6/2026)
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (shorter if already licensed in Iowa)
Travel Reimbursement:
-
Flight, hotel, rental car, mileage billed at IRS standard rate

Preferred hotels: Fairfield Inn and Hampton Inn (West Burlington)
Submission Requirements:

Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology – REQUIRED

Active Iowa license (IMLC not accepted) – REQUIRED
-
BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED
-
Self-Query NPDB report – REQUIRED (at time of presentation)
