🌟 Position Overview
We’re seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing cardiology program in southeast Missouri, just a short drive from St. Louis. 🏥 Facility Setting

• 🏨 Community-based hospital system

• 🫀 Newly renovated cardiac catheterization lab

• 🤝 Collaborative, physician-led cardiology service line

💼 Schedule & Call

• 📅 Monday–Friday daytime schedule

• ⏱️ 40 patient contact hours per week

• 📞 1:4 call rotation

• 🌙 One night per week (rare call-ins)

• 📆 One weekend every four weeks

• 🚫 No after-hours STEMI call

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient cardiology care

• Cardiac catheterizations and PCI

• CardioMEMS and peripheral vascular procedures

• Optional device/pacemaker implantation

• Collaboration with experienced cardiologists and APPs

• Participation in program growth and community outreach

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• 💵 Base Salary: $650,000 (2-year guarantee)

• 🎉 $50,000 sign-on bonus

• 📈 Transition to wRVU-based productivity model

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Cardiology & Interventional Cardiology

• Completion of Interventional Cardiology Fellowship

• Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Clean professional history preferred
