A facility in Bryan, Texas is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for short-term locum tenens coverage with additional weekend opportunities available. This assignment is covering a one-time weekday need due to scheduled provider vacations.

Position Details FTE: 1.0 Number of providers needed: 1
Clinical Responsibilities STEMI call Patient rounds Echocardiograms
Procedures Required STEMI interventions Cardiac catheterization procedures Stress testing
Clinical Volume Average daily census: 20 patients 1–2 cardiac catheterizations per day Average ECHO volume: 10 per day Rounding hours vary based on case volume and procedures
Technology EMR: Meditech
Requirements Board Certified – Required Active Texas medical license – Required
