Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide 24-hour unassigned ER call coverage for a trauma center
- Manage inpatient consults for patients with cardiology needs
- Ensure continuous coverage for unassigned emergency cases related to cardiology
- Collaborate with hospital teams to deliver effective specialty care
Additional Information
- Board certification in Cardiology required
- Must hold a valid Louisiana medical license
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Prior experience in ER call coverage and inpatient consults preferred
