Details & requirements for this opportunity:

- Schedule: On-site clinical hours and call if needed
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- License: An active Alaska state license is required

- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3 is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 15 patients per shift.

Job Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions
* Perform procedures and interventions as appropriate for patient care
* Cover on-site clinical hours and respond to beeper call as needed
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner and Athena EMRs
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
* Manage an average patient load of approximately 15 patients per shift
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
* Active and unrestricted Alaska state license
* Ability to complete credentialing within 30 days
* Experience in both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care preferred
Working Hours
* On-site clinical hours with beeper call as needed
* Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Skills
* Proficiency with Cerner and Athena EMRs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage complex cardiovascular cases independently
* Strong time management and organizational skills
