Schedule / Call:

Any 8–10 days per month

24-hour call (7a–7a)

Weekday call also 7a–7a
Practice Setting:

Inpatient cath lab coverage
-
Inpatient consults
-
APP supervision
-
FTE: 1.0
Duties:
-
STEMI
-
Cath coverage
-
Interventional procedures (PCI, Heart Caths, TEE, etc.)
-
Consults + rounding
-
Read cardiology diagnostics (echo, nuclear, MCOTs)
-
Share call with 2 other interventional cardiologists
Support Staff:
-
4 APPs
-
Cath Lab team
Reason for Coverage:
-
Build a float pool
Patient Volume:
-
11–15 patients/day on clinic days
EMR: Cerner
Provider Requirements:
-
Board Certified – Required
-
Interventional Cardiology Fellowship – Required
-
AZ License Preferred; Active IMLC accepted
-
Clean malpractice preferred
