Job Title: Locum to Perm - Invasive Cardiologist

You'll be working in a supportive environment alongside experienced professionals, dedicated to providing high-quality care to our community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide care in an inpatient and outpatient clinic setting.
- Participate in night and weekend call on a rotating basis.
- Oversee the work of 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).
- Conduct electrocardiograms (EKGs) and manage adult and geriatric patient populations.
- Collaborate with other cardiologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to documentation protocols using the EPIC EMR system.
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified in Invasive Cardiology.
- Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) Certified.
- ACLS Certification.
- Advanced Heart Failure (AHF) Fellowship with LVAD experience.
- Clean background for temporary positions.
- Local candidate preferred; only mileage reimbursement offered.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active Virginia medical license.
- DEA registration.
