A well-established Interventional Cardiology group in East Texas is recruiting an additional Interventional Cardiologist due to significant community demand, strong referral volume, and rapid service-line growth. This is a high-visibility opportunity offering full Cath Lab capabilities, excellent support, and a fast ramp-up.

Position Highlights

• Busy procedural environment with immediate patient volume

• Two fully equipped Cath Labs, including one brand-new, state-of-the-art lab

• Flexible schedule options (traditional or 4×10 schedule)

• Daily inpatient rounding supported by experienced APPs, RNs, MAs, and imaging staff

• Diverse caseload, including:

  • Diagnostic & interventional caths

  • Coronary angioplasty & stent placement

  • Peripheral vascular interventions (DVT/PE)

  • Watchman & Amulet

  • EP procedures available

• Onsite cardiac rehab, echo, and nuclear medicine

• Strong referral base with minimal local competition

Compensation & Benefits

Practice Volume & Expectations

• Clinic Volume: ~20 patients/day

• Procedures: 50–60 outpatient procedures/month (current provider)

• Annual PCI Volume: ~270 with a growth initiative toward 600+

• Inpatient census: 5–10 daily consults

• Call: Group call 1:3 and hospital unassigned 1:5

• Surgical backup: Available via 20-minute transfer
