Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to provide 24-hour call coverage only at a Level II Trauma Center. This is an inpatient-only role with strong APP support and a mix of consults and procedures.

Position Details
-
Inpatient-only call – no clinic responsibilities
-
Volume: 3 consults/day + 2 procedures/day

Facility: Level II Trauma Center

18 ICU beds
-
18 telemetry beds
-
10 CMU beds
-

APP Support:
-
Weekdays – 1–2 APPs staffed during the day
-
Weekends – 1 APP for 5 hours/day

Procedural Requirements:
-
Interventional cardiology procedures required
-
TEE experience highly preferred
-
Balloon pumps, coronary stents, IVUS, and iFR essential
-

STEMI Volume: Historically variable; averaged 3 STEMI activations per week in 2020
