- 2/15/26-2/18/26
- 3/25/26-3/31/26
- Schedule: Clinic M-F 8-5, 24-hour call for ER
- 15-25 patient per day
- 5/10 phone consults per day
- Support Staff: Cath lab and ICU staff, 3 RNs 3 MAs
- Average Number of Admissions per shift: 1-3
- Certifications: Active NM license, BC/BE, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Credentialing: 4-6 weeks
