- Procedures: 8-10 per day including Fine Needle Aspiration, Bone Marrow Biopsy and Aspiration, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Core Needle Bx Lung Mediastinum, Liver Biopsy, Intro Cath Dialysis, Flow Cytometry, Insj Tunneled Ctr Vad w/ sudq Port Placement, IR Injections
- Trauma Level: 3
- Support Staff: 1 PA/NP, 4 Office Staff
- Call Type: Beeper

Requirements
- Board Certification: Required in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- Fellowship: Required in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
- License: Licensed in OK or IMLC
- ACLS: Yes
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges: Yes
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Required Experience: 300 vascular and interventional radiology procedures in the past 12 months
- Case Logs: Must be submitted with bids
