ASAP Dates needed: Dec 15- Dec 31
Due to the start date of this position, all applicants must have ACTIVE Utah license and ACTIVE DEA.
Working hours are 7am to 7am - 24hr
Provider must hold American Board of Cardiology Certification
Provider must be available for rounding on all assigned in-patients daily and 24/7 stemi and cardiology consult call coverage each day.
Provider must be competent to cover any adult interventional cardiology case and TEE procedures.
Practice EMR is Meditech
Stemi, Echo reads and EKG's
Providers need to do Interventional, Stemi and General Cardiology
