Join a well-established, high-volume cardiology group in Southern California offering a dynamic opportunity for an Interventional Cardiologist with structural heart training or interest. This respected private practice is affiliated with two major hospitals and features a robust cardiology fellowship program-creating a rich clinical environment with teaching opportunities and strong collegial support. The incoming physician will benefit from an existing patient base, immediate procedural volume, and the chance to build upon the group's longstanding reputation for excellence in the region. With twol senior partners transitioning to part-time and retirement, this position offers both stability and significant long-term growth potential.



Position Highlights

  • Group Composition: Six cardiologists (Interventional, EP, Heart Failure, and General) with expansion planned
  • Diverse Practice Mix: Coronary, peripheral, and structural heart (including TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, and PFO closures)
  • Structural Heart Volume: 48 MitraClips and 40-50 left atrial appendage closures annually
  • PCI Volume: Hospital performs ~1,000 PCIs per year across partner hospitals
  • Schedule: 50/50 split between Riverside Community Hospital and St. Bernardine Medical Center
  • Call: Approximately 6 STEMI calls per month | Additional compensated call available
  • Compensation: Base salary $400K-$450K, with potential to exceed $500K+ through productivity and call stipends
  • Benefits: Income guarantee support for the first year, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, loan forgiveness eligibility
  • Practice Support: Fellows and residents assist with rounds, notes, and cath lab procedures
  • Leadership: Succession track opportunity with mentorship from senior interventionalists
