Looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible fellowship trained Interventional Cardiologist to join our well established, hospital employed Heart & Vascular practice. Providers in the practice include Tarun Nagrani, MD, Jay Hamze, MD, Marion Hochstetler, MD, Jeremiah Martin, MD, Joe Herrmann, DO, Yousef Kaid, MD, Paul Rase, NP, Amy Spencer, NP, Linda Lester, NP, Amanda Williams, NP, Jade Kirkpatrick, NP, and Becky Kalb, NP.

Job Responsibilities

• Practice Location
o New outpatient clinic located on the main campus of the hospital
o 1711 27th Street Braunlin Building Suite 206 Portsmouth, OH 45662

• Staffing
o 7 Physicians (Interventional, Non-Invasive, CT Surgery, Vascular Surgery)
o 5 Advanced Practitioners
o 20 Clinical Staff
o 14 Clerical Staff
o 2 EKG Tech

• Case Load
o Office week – 35/day
o Inpatient rounding week – 30-40/day
o Cath lab week – 12-14/day

• Equipment
o Phillips ECHO Systems
o Phillips XPER Hemodynamics Cath Lab
o Phillips Intellispace Cardiovascular
o EHR – Meditech Expance

• Practice Expectations
o Looking for a personable, hardworking, team player devoted to patient centered care
o Work well with team and staff

Working Hours

• Office Hours/Work Schedule
o 7a to 6p. Monday thru Thursday. Friday 7a to 12 noon.

• Call Schedule/CERP (if applicable)
o 1:3 weekend rotation
o 1 night/week rotation
o STEMI call shared with 2 other interventional cardiologists
o Eligible to earn additional compensation by joining our CERP (Pay for Call) Program
