Inpatient Only – No Clinic

Avg. 3 consults/day & 2 procedures/day

Trauma Level II | 18 ICU beds

APP Support – 1-2 APPs (Weekdays), 1 APP for 5 hrs (Weekends)

Procedures: Coronary stents, balloon pumps, IVUS, IFR | TEE preferred

STEMI volume: Avg. 3 activations/week
Qualifications
• Active ID license or active IMLC (LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and no background - REQUIRED
• Local candidates, no flights - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must meet perm rate cap of $25k - REQUIRED
• Must have COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - REQUIRED - Verbal confirmation required at time of name clear
• Must be able to cover most/all of these open dates - REQUIRED
Working Hours
• Call coverage ONLY (No Clinic)
• The locum provider will be paid for 24 Hour Call whether they work 24 hours or only 7a-5p
Current Coverage Needed:
Note: 7a-5p On Call schedule every day. Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays there is also On Call coverage 5p-7a (so 24 hours those days)
• January 19th through 25th
• February 23rd through March 1st
• March 16th through 22nd
• April 27 through May 3rd
