Job Opportunity: Interventional Cardiologist (Locums)
Location: Cheyenne, Wyoming
Start Date: ASAP
Coverage Need: Ongoing
Schedule: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
Setting: Hospital – General & Interventional Cardiology
Assignment Overview
- General cardiology call in addition to interventional coverage
- Average 5–15 patients per day
- 2–3 cardiac catheterizations daily
- Required procedures:
• Cardiac catheterization
• Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
• Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) - EMR: Epic
Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO – Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Comfortable with high-volume cath lab environment
- Able to manage both general and interventional cardiology call
