Now Hiring: Interventional Cardiologist – Iowa (IMLC Accepted!)
We’re seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a dynamic inpatient/outpatient opportunity in Iowa. This role includes clinic and call coverage, with a strong support team and advanced procedural capabilities. Ideal for a provider looking for a well-balanced schedule and comprehensive case mix.
📌 Position Highlights:
Schedule Flexibility: Clinic M-Th 9a–3:30p, Fri 8a–12p; Call rotation with 8a–8a weekday and 8a Fri–8a Mon weekend shifts.
Diverse Procedure Mix: Diagnostic caths, stenting, angioplasty, TEE, cardioversions, stress testing, echos & more.
Supportive Infrastructure: 12–15 clinic patients/day, 5–10 inpatient rounds; shared call with 4–6 hours callback expected for interventional.
🛠️ Work Details:
EMR: Epic
Call Coverage: Weekday & weekend rotation with general and interventional coverage
Patient Load: Clinic 12–15/day, Inpatient 5–10/day
Licensing: Will consider candidates needing Iowa license; IMLC accepted
Credentialing: 60-day timeframe
