Position Details:

Patient Population: Adult inpatient and outpatient

Setting: Hospital

Responsibilities: Inpatient rounds, performing catheterization procedures, reading ECHOs, and taking STEMI call

Required Procedures: Cardiac catheterization, EKG interpretation, echocardiography, Holter monitor analysis, peripheral vascular procedures, cardioversion

EMR System: EPIC
-
Support Staff: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and hospitalists for assistance

Days Per Month: Based on assignment schedule
-
On-Call/Weekends: 1:3 on-call rotation, STEMI call
Submission Requirements:

Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology - Required

Active Nebraska license or active IMLC - Required

Case logs and CV with work history (hospital name and month/year) - Required

Must be able to read ECHOs - Required
