With offices in Macon, Warner Robins, Milledgeville, Dublin, Griffin, and Forsyth, our providers serve a broad community with cutting-edge diagnostic and interventional procedures.
We are currently seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join our close-knit and collaborative team of three Interventionalists and four APPs. Job Responsibilities
Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE)
Angiogram/heart catheterization
Angioplasty
Implantable loop recorder (ILR) placement
Arterial stenting
Provide comprehensive outpatient cardiac care, including:
Ankle-brachial index (ABI) testing
Stress echocardiograms
Echocardiograms
Carotid ultrasounds
Diagnose and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of Interventionalists, APPs, and hospital partners.
Provide patient education on cardiovascular health, risk factors, and treatment plans.
Maintain hospital privileges at multiple area hospitals.
Qualifications
Completion of an Internal Medicine residency and fellowship training in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology.
Valid Georgia medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with medical teams.
Working Hours
Hospital-based procedures with scheduled clinic days.
Call schedule shared among Interventionalists.
No weekend or evening outpatient clinic requirements.
Skills
Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
