**Requirements**
- Minimum Board Certification: Certified
- License Requirement: Licensed in OR only
- The Following Certifications Are Required: ACLS, BLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
- Will Provider Be Required To Supervise Advance Practice Providers? No
**Skills Required**
- Providers must be BC'd interventionalists with the right qualifications and certifications.
**Additional Information**
- Call Type: Beeper with a 20-minute response time required.
- Needing 14-15 days of coverage a month, preferably by a physician that can cover 2 weeks a month ongoing.
- Provider will be on-site at the hospital working 8am-5pm (may get paged by ER during these hours, which is part of the job duties within the scheduled regular hour shift). They will be on call from 5pm-8am (beeper call).
