- Coverage dates: May 13th at 8 a.m. to May 20th at 8 a.m and June 17th at 8 a.m. to June 24th at 8 a.m
- Need ongoing coverage until a perm provider is hired
- Cath Lab/STEMI Coverage
- Night call will be general, interventional and STEMI
- Will perform electives as well as STEMI
- Invasive cardiology is a must
- Support staff available: Full service (nurses/techs/MAs, etc.)
- Clinic hours are 8a-5p
- Age of patients: Varies
- Inpatient /Outpatient: Both
- Scope of Practice: Outpatient - Cardiology-Preferred; Inpatient - Cardiology Required; Non-invasive-Preferred; Invasive cardiology - diagnostic only- Required; Invasive cardiology - Interventional- Required; Electrophysiology- Not required
- Fellowship required; Must be licensed in MT or IMLC; BC or BE; ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS - required
- Patients per shift: 12
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 30 days
- Temp privs available
