- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. Coverage dates are May 13th at 8 a.m. to May 20th at 8 a.m. and June 17th at 8 a.m. to June 24th at 8 am with call Night /weekend. There are an average of 12 patients per shift. Scope of Practice:
