Interventional Cardiology opening in Montana Located in Great Falls, MT Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join multispecialty practice. - A 19 inpatient bed acute care hospital, with 3 ORs and 7 EM beds, growing to nearly four (4) times its size in the next 2-3 years. - Open ICU, adding ten (10) new ICU beds. - Experienced, long-term physicians on staff including one cardiothoracic surgeon, two interventional cardiologists and one non-invasive cardiologist - Reasonable call between interventionalists - 1,000 caths per year on average and expected to grow with hospital expansion - Quick access to supporting specialists and emergent care Location: - Ideally situated on the high plains along Montanas Rocky Mountain Front Range at the confluence of the Missouri and Sun Rivers - A cost of living below the national average - Average commute is under 12 minutes (a luxury) - Pleasant summers with warm, mostly sunny days and cool nights - 300 days of big blue skies per year - Frequent chinook winds that bring warm winds from the Pacific coast - Population of approximately 80,000 - Nationally ranked public schools and two accredited colleges - Equidistant from Glacier National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Bozeman, and Missoula - Boasts four genuine seasons and big blue skies over 300 days a year - An international airport with direct daily flights to Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle and more - Dominated by agriculture, outdoor adventure including, camping, hiking, horseback riding, water/snow skiing, rock/ice climbing, boating, off-road motorsports, upland bird, waterfowl, and big game hunting. - Farmers markets, symphonies, concerts in the park, charming small towns, and a state steeped in Native America history and culture.
