We are seeking to recruit an interventional cardiology fellowship program director. This opportunity involves joining an elite cardiology team and participating in the formative years of an ACGME accredited interventional cardiology fellowship program.
Requirements:
- MD/DO from an accredited university medical school
- Three years teaching/academic experience in an ACGME Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease or Interventional Cardiology program
- Board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology
- Ability to obtain a West Virginia state medical license and DEA
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Charleston Area Medical Center
- Demonstrated interest and passion for advancing the art and science of interventional cardiology in an academic setting. The ideal candidate would have a high-volume experience in performing complex coronary interventional procedures and utilization of contemporary advanced interventional technologies.
