Opportunity Details:
• Hospital-employed cardiology clinic is adding a 5th interventional cardiologist to its group of 7
• Due to strong community demand and no competition, the new cardiologist will be able to ramp up quickly
• Most cardiologists generate 10K-12K wRVUs annually
• Surgical back up provided by the hospital's two cardiothoracic surgeons
• Community hospital with 265-beds and a Level III Trauma Designation
• Two cardiac catheterization labs now with a hybrid lab added later in 2024
• With a catchment of 250K population, you will enjoy referrals from more than 60 primary care physicians in the area
Compensation and Benefits:
• Base salary plus wRVU production; proven earning potential is $600,000-$900,000
• Recruitment incentives include a signing bonus and relocation assistance
• Paid time off 6 Weeks
• CME Stipend of $3,000
• Benefits include paid premiums for medical and dental insurance as well as for long and short-term disability
• Reimbursement for state medical license, DEA and professional society dues
• Medical malpractice coverage
