- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 5-13 patients per shift. We are seeking a provider to cover inpatient care one week per month, with shifts running from Tuesday 7:00 AM to the following Tuesday 7:00 AM. The scheduled week is variable, and night call may require the provider to return to the facility. ACLS and BLS certification are required. Candidates must have experience in heart failure management, with fellowship training preferred.

Job Responsibilities
* Respond to night call and return to the facility as needed
* Manage patients with heart failure, including assessments and treatment plans
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
* Document patient encounters accurately and follow clinical protocols
Qualifications
* Experience in heart failure management required
* Fellowship training in heart failure preferred
* Ability to work independently in an inpatient setting
Working Hours
* Shifts from Tuesday 7:00 AM to the following Tuesday 7:00 AM
* Scheduled week is variable
* Night call as required during the week
Skills
* Ability to respond effectively during night call and emergencies
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Proficient in documentation and following clinical protocols
* Knowledge of heart failure treatments and inpatient care standards
