- Schedule: On-site clinical hours and call if needed

- License: An active Washington state license is required

- Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. There are an average of 5-13 patients per shift. Coverage need is immediate, and only providers with an active WA license will be considered at this time. The schedule consists of seven consecutive days of inpatient coverage, one week per month, with shifts running from Tuesday 7:00 a.m. to the following Tuesday 7:00 a.m., and the scheduled week may vary. Night call is required and will likely result in the provider being called back into the facility. ACLS and BLS certifications are required, and heart failure experience is essential, with fellowship training preferred.
