Coverage type: Call + Clinic
SCHEDULE :
Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month.
Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a
Scheduled week is variable
Night call will likely result in provider being called back into facility
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Coverage need is immediate, so will only look at WA licensed providers at this time.
ACLS and BLS are required
Heart failure experience is required and a fellowship would be ideal
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum Board certification : BC
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : ACLS / BLS
License requirement : Licensed in WA only
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
Patients per shift : 5-13
EMR : Epic
