Electrophysiology Locums Job in Washington | Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, Some Weekends | Beginning As Soon As Credentialed - Ongoing | Assignment #117427
-- Credentialing time frame: 60-90 days
-- If provider is working 24 hour weekend call, they will be covering General Cardiology Call
-- State License: IMLC with LOQ required, or WA License (Highly Preferred)
-- Fellowship: Electrophysiology
-- Active ACLS
-- Active BLS
-- Active DEA during credentialing
-- Local, drive in candidate (Highly Preferred)
-- Device implants (high and low voltage)
-- SVT ablations
-- Duties: EP procedures, EP service, clinic visits, see new consults, follow-ups and transfer of care patients
-- Support Staff: MA, APP, Device RN's
-- EMR: Epic

Requirements
-- Board Certification: BE required, or BC (Highly Preferred)-- State License: IMLC with LOQ required, or WA License (Highly Preferred)
-- Fellowship: Electrophysiology
-- Active ACLS
-- Active BLS
-- Active DEA during credentialing
-- Local, drive in candidate (Highly Preferred)

-- Afib ablations-- Device implants (high and low voltage)
-- SVT ablations

-- Setting: Outpatient clinic, some inpatient, some weekend call-- Duties: EP procedures, EP service, clinic visits, see new consults, follow-ups and transfer of care patients
