PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatric
- Average Daily Volume: 5 IP, 15-20 OP
- Case Mix: Electrophysiology (ablations, ICD, pacemaker, cardioversions, TEEs)
- % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 60/40
FACILITY INFORMATION

- Credentialing Timeline: 2 weeks

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: BC in Cardiology
- Licenses: Active IN license, IMLC or eligibility to apply
- Experience: Minimum 5 years post-residency
- Others: Completed fellowship in Cardiology/EP
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform EP procedures including ablations, ICD implantations, pacemaker insertions, cardioversions, and TEEs.
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 5 inpatients and 15–20 clinic patients per day.
- Collaborate with support staff and utilize Epic EMR for documentation.
- Maintain a no-call schedule with weekday clinic and hospital rounding.
