Shift(s) Description: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Coverage Dates:
- Ongoing
Practice Details:
- Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient (60/40)
- Schedule: Full-Time, No Call
- EMR System: Epic
- Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
- Average Patient Volume: 5 Inpatient / 15–20 Clinic Patients Per Day
- Required Procedures: Ablations, ICDs, Pacemakers,
- Cardioversions, TEEs
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2 Weeks
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Cardiology (Required)
- Cardiology/Electrophysiology Fellowship (Required)
- Active Indiana License, IMLC, or Willing to Obtain
- Indiana License (Required)
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience (Required)
