TMC Health is seeking a Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Electrophysiology Cardiologist to join our expanding, hospital-employed cardiology program in Tucson, Arizona. This is a key opportunity to help grow a high-demand EP service line within the region’s leading cardiovascular center.

You will join a collaborative team of 6 interventional cardiologists, 5 general cardiologists, and a strong group of inpatient APPs. TMC performs more cardiac procedures than any other hospital in Southern Arizona and supports one of the most active cardiac rehabilitation programs in the state. Our system treats the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease, including structural heart conditions, arrhythmias, vascular disorders, cardiac catheterization, and cardiac surgery.

Position Highlights

  • Hiring 1–2 Electrophysiology Cardiologists with dedicated advanced practitioner support
  • Full-time position with a 75% inpatient / 25% outpatient schedule

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Cardiology/Electrophysiology
  • Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one

Job Responsibilities

Provide electrophysiology (EP) clinical care across inpatient and outpatient settings

Perform EP procedures using state‑of‑the‑art technology and advanced cardiac equipment

Diagnose and manage heart rhythm disorders, structural heart conditions, and vascular/cardiac diseases

Collaborate with a team of interventional cardiologists, general cardiologists, and inpatient APPs

Participate in a 1:5 call rotation within the cardiology group

Contribute to the growth and development of the new hospital‑employed cardiology model

Work within a high‑volume cardiac program that includes testing, procedures, surgery, and rehabilitation

Provide high‑quality patient care aligned with TMC Health’s standards and mission

Qualifications

MD or DO required

Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Cardiology/Electrophysiology

Eligible for Arizona medical licensure (or ability to obtain)
