Join a comprehensive cardiology and electrophysiology program offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. This opportunity is ideal for a board-certified Electrophysiologist seeking a flexible, no-call schedule with strong clinical support.
Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Ongoing
Position Highlights:

No call required

Flexible coverage (up to 40 hours/week as needed)

Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

Strong support from APPs and clinical staff

Willing to license qualified candidates

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Up to 40 hours per week

Coverage needed monthly and for vacation support

Patient population: Adults (18–100)
-
Patient volume:
-
Outpatient: ~16 patients per day
-
Inpatient: 10–15 patients per day
-
Responsibilities Include:
-
Outpatient clinic evaluations and follow-ups
-
Inpatient consults and management
-
Performing electrophysiology procedures
-
Coordinating care with cardiology team
Procedures Include:
-
Pacemaker implants
-
ICD implants (traditional and subcutaneous)
-
Loop recorder implants and explants
-
Ablations (AVNRT, SVT, atrial flutter)
-
Settings include hospital, clinic, and academic/training environments
-
Support staff:
-
Dedicated outpatient clinical team
-
Inpatient APP support
-
-
Hospital size: 270 beds
Technology:

EMR: Epic
-
Board Certified in Cardiac Electrophysiology
-
Active Pennsylvania license required (or willing to obtain)

DEA required
-
ACLS & BLS certifications required
