- Other Details: Contract position with ongoing duration, providing care for adult patients in the Cath Lab with hospital consults of 3–4 per day and cardiac electrophysiology cases 4–6 per day depending on case length, including left-sided ablations and heart rhythm disturbances. Provider must have performed at least 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations, be comfortable performing moderate sedation independently, using Abbott Ensite-X Mapping system, and performing TEEs. Shifts are 7:00 am–5:00 pm with 1-hour lunch on scheduled weeks: Apr 13–17, May 4–8, June 29–Jul 3, Jul 20–24, and full-time from August through December. Average daily census is 20–22 patients, hospital bed size is 268, and support staff details are unknown. Board Certification (BC or BE), AZ licensure, AZ DEA registration, and ACLS certification are required, with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
* AZ medical license (or willing to obtain) and AZ DEA registration
* ACLS certification
* Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
* Must have performed at least 100 EP cases in the last 2 years with emphasis on ablations
