🏥 Position Overview
The Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician will provide specialized care for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders, performing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures while collaborating with cardiology and hospital teams.
📅 Assignment Schedule
🗓 Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Coverage Dates:
• April 13 – 17
• April 20 – 24
• May 11 – 15
• May 26 – 29
• June 8 – 12
• June 15 – 19
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✨ Diagnose and manage cardiac arrhythmias and rhythm disorders
✨ Perform electrophysiology studies and catheter ablation procedures
✨ Implant and manage cardiac rhythm management devices
✨ Provide consultations and follow-up care for cardiac patients
✨ Collaborate with cardiology teams, hospital staff, and support personnel
✨ Maintain accurate clinical documentation within the EMR system
🩺 Types of Procedures & Cases
The physician will perform and manage a wide range of electrophysiology procedures, including:
✔ Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter Ablations
✔ Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT) Ablations
✔ Pacemaker Implantations
✔ Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillators (ICDs)
✔ Biventricular Device Implantations
✔ Tilt Table Testing
📋 Qualifications
🎓 Board Certified in Electrophysiology Cardiology
📜 Active medical license preferred
🫀 Extensive experience with cardiac electrophysiology procedures
🤝 Strong collaboration and patient management skills
🪪 Required Certifications
✅ Basic Life Support (BLS)
✅ Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
🏥 Practice Setting
• Clinic and Hospital-Based Practice
• Collaborative cardiology and electrophysiology team environment

Credentialing typically takes approximately 90–120 days.
