Join the premier Electrophysiology group in South Palm Beach County. Due to significant regional growth, our established private practice—currently consisting of 3 EP's and one NP—is expanding to include three additional NPs and a fourth EP. We are looking for a dedicated Physician who is ready to commit to the South Florida lifestyle and help manage our reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibilities
-Requirement: Demonstrated experience in extractions is essential.
-Facilities: Coverage includes 5 local hospitals and 2 modern office locations.
-Academic Integration: The practice works with Cardiology fellows through Florida Atlantic University, providing an opportunity for clinical teaching.
-Compensation & Partnership
**We offer a transparent and highly competitive financial path with no buy-in for the practice:
Year 1: $450,000 Base Salary.
Years 2 & 3: Expected earnings of $550,000 – $600,000.
Partnership Track: 3-year track to partnership for ASC
ASC Ownership: The group holds partial ownership of an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC); partnership includes an opportunity for ASC buy-in.
Qualifications
-Strong proficiency in lead extractions.
-Language: Spanish proficiency is a plus (20-30% of patient base), but not a requirement.
-A long-term interest in establishing roots in South Palm Beach County.
Working Hours
-Call Rotation: Shared 1:4 call schedule, ensuring a manageable pace and predictable time off.
Skills
-Complex Ablations: Proficiency in performing complex atrial and ventricular ablations.
-Device Implantation: Mastery of pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT device implantations.
-Clinical Consultation: Strong diagnostic and management skills for a diverse range of cardiac arrhythmias.
-Academic Mentorship: Ability to supervise and teach Cardiology Fellows in a clinical and procedural setting.
-Bilingual Communication: Spanish language skills are a significant plus (though not required) to serve our local patient demographic.
-Collaborative Practice: Experience working effectively within a high-growth team alongside Nurse Practitioners and fellow EP specialists.
