An exceptional opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiology Physician in Erie. This position offers a balanced clinic and hospital setting with advanced EP procedures including complex ablations and cardiac device implants.
Join a collaborative cardiovascular team managing atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia, and advanced device therapies. Ideal for an experienced electrophysiologist seeking a structured Monday–Friday schedule with access to modern EP labs and strong support staff.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct SVT ablations and tilt table studies
• Implant pacemakers, ICDs, and biventricular devices
• Provide inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology consultations
• Develop individualized treatment plans for arrhythmia patients
• Collaborate with cardiology and cardiovascular teams
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified in Electrophysiology Cardiology – Required
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certifications – Required
• Experience in complex ablations and cardiac device implantation
• Eligible for hospital credentialing (temporary privileges available)
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start upon completion of credentialing
• Credentialing timeframe: 90–120 days
Skills
• Strong arrhythmia management and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in device implantation and programming
• Excellent communication and patient care coordination
• EMR documentation accuracy
