An exceptional opportunity for a Board-Certified Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join a high-volume Heart Rhythm Program serving the Detroit/Warren, Michigan region. This full-time, leadership-track role offers strong internal referrals, advanced procedural support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
Practice cutting-edge electrophysiology in both inpatient and outpatient settings, contribute to medical education, and work alongside experienced EP physicians and cardiovascular specialists. Job Responsibilities
• Perform pacemaker and ICD implantation procedures
• Conduct right- and left-sided ablations
• Interpret cardiac diagnostics and rhythm monitoring studies
• Manage inpatient rounding during assigned call weeks
• Build and maintain a robust EP patient panel with strong referral support
• Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in teaching, mentoring, and clinical program development
Qualifications
• Completion of accredited Cardiology and Electrophysiology fellowships
• Minimum 2+ years of post-fellowship experience preferred
• Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA certification
• Clean malpractice and licensure history
Working Hours
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Shared Call Rotation (2:1 Ratio) with Weekend Coverage
